Widget is sticking over top of another widget

I love this plugin and I think it will be perfect if I can get this bug fixed. My theme has custom advanced search widgets that I want to make sticky. I added the widget id to the Custom IDs section on the options page but now the widget sticks but over top of another widget above it on the page. (I would really like for two widgets to be sticky)
Any suggestions on how to fix this? I tried changing the order of the widgets but that didn’t work.
