Widget is not appearing on front page

I am trying to put a Mailchimp list subscribe form on my front page. I have gone through all the steps as directed on this page

When I go back to my wordpress dash, select “appearance” and move the Mailchimp widget to my front page, nothing happens on my actual site. Not sure if I am doing something wrong or if it’s an issue with my theme??The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
