• Hello,

    I’am working on WordPress project. I want to know how to put the sidebar widgets, like recent comments, tags, etc, inside an page. That page will be the home of the site.

    Thanks,

  • Hi Altermann,

    You can place Widgets on your theme if your theme supports it.

    To put the Widget onto the theme perform the below mentioned steps:
    1. Log in to Admin panel
    2. Select ‘Widgets’ option from the ‘Appearance’ menu
    3. You can see the list of available Widgets. Drag and drop any of the Widgets from the left pane to the right pane

    Hope it helps you.

    Thanks.

    Thx @accuwebhosting

    I fixed the problem later with “widgetized theme”, with create two extras columns of widgets in(and only)on Home.

    You could also use the Widgets on Pages plugin which allows you to add widget areas inside post and page content. This even works for non-widgetized themes.

    @toddhalfpenny

    Is a good ideia, maybe I will try to use it too.

    Thx

    Cool… please post if you’re having any issues with it.
