Hmm, don’t these plugins usually inject the translation flags into the menu? Can you let me know what translation plugin you are using?

With regards to injecting a widget area in the header, where exactly would you like it to be placed? For example, before the logo / title / tagline? Before the Menu? After the Menu?

What about on small screens / mobiles?

    Thanks,

    Oliver

hello oliver thanks for your answer i wanted to put this next to the menu all the way to the right of wordpress default menu.
I am working with various translators to see which one is good.
since twenty one has no sidebar in the header, I don’t know how to put it in, probably in the ccs?

    Thank you,

This plugin hasn’t been tested with the latest 3 major releases of WordPress. It may no longer be maintained or supported and may have compatibility issues when used with more recent versions of WordPress.

Please choose a different plugin as we cannot support a plugin that is not in active development.

    Many thanks,

    Dear Oliver
if I still want to use this translator, how can I best place it next to the menu on the right.
    menu is from twenty one

I’m afraid we don’t use any translation plugins so cannot recommend one.

With regards to how to add the translation plugin next to the menu, I would contact the developers of the plugin on their support forum and ask them how to inject the functionality you want into your primary menu (at the end of the menu).

It is unlikely that we will be adding a widget area after the menu in the header of Twenty Twenty-One but will monitor this thread incase there is further demand for such an option.

Just to update this thread, we have been asked by several people now for this feature so we have added a “Header” widget area to the premium plugin as styling it will no doubt end up being a little more involved. This means, however, that we can no longer talk about this feature in this support forum due to WordPress forum guidelines.
