Widget "Hide image & info" setting

    I want to put the events into a sidebar without the images and info, and so selected “Hide Image & Info” in the widget settings.

    However this means that when viewing the list of events on the full webpage, the image & info is also hidden, using shortcode [vsel]

    Is there any work-around for this?

    Hi Kate,

    Image and Info should only be hidden in the widget, take a look at this demo (temporary link). The box “Image and Info” (hide) is checked on the settingspage.

    Hi Guido,

    Unfortunately it’s not working on mine. When my “Image and Info” box is selected, it is hiding it on the page that lists the events, where I have simply inserted the shortcode [vsel] and nothing else.

    Should I try re-installing the plugin?

    Hi Kate,

    I hide elements via CSS only, and using prefix .vsel_widget so it should only hide in case of a widget. Did you make CSS changes? Or is your “page” also some kind of widget?

    If not, what’s the URL of your site?
