Widget For User Maintained Files?

    I’m wondering if there is a widget that would allow front-end users to upload/download files for other users to see/use as well.

    -Upon uploading the same file as a revision it retains the same name (as it is just an overwrite)

    This widget would ideally also not allow files from one page be seen on another page.
    (Ex. Uploading file A to page 1 is only visible on page 1. Files B&C are only visible on page 2. ect.)
