Widget for showing multiple tables under tabs

I am trying to figure out a simple plugin for one of my projects. My goal is to show a widget that has following functions.

Front end

1) Dropdown or tabs as a menu to choose table
2) Table with 10 rows and 3 columns – image, name, result
I want to make tables of top lists of 8 different events. On front page visitors can select an event from tabs or drop down and table changes according to selection.

Back end

1) Drag rows of table in case when athlete moves up or down in list
2) Pull athlete images (32×32) from folder by $name
3) Add athlete name as a link (can be added with html)
4) Add menu items (events)

Does anyone know if there is a plugin that can achieve that or can be modified? Closest match?
