Widget Error

  • I’ve been having problems editing my widgets so I just upgraded to 2.3.2. Unfortunately, the problems are still there. When I click on the Widgets Tab under Presentation on my dashboard, I get the following error:

    “Fatal error: Cannot redeclare register_sidebars() (previously declared in /usr/local/4admin/apache/vhosts/team-and-trail.com/httpdocs/wp-includes/widgets.php:15) in /usr/local/4admin/apache/vhosts/team-and-trail.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/widgets.php on line 22”

    What have I done?

  • I am also getting an error message, mine is different, however:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: wp_deregister_script() in /mnt/w0204/d33/s03/b02670e4/www/wp-content/plugins/widgets/widgets.php on line 204

    How can I resolve this?
