widget doesn’t display in sidebar

Hi, I’m using Storefront theme with Galleria child theme. I need to display filters in sidebar to filter products by attributes. But it doens’t work. In products pages, categories and attributes are ok. In appearance/personnalize, widgets are selected (in latteral column) but there is this message: preview not available. Coiuld you help me, I need to display these widgets.
