Widget does not work under WordPress 5.4

Hi,
The widget does not work. Install completes succesfully, but I found out that it does not create the extra wp_jason_birthday_table as is needed. This is caused by an incorrect Create statement in jason_birthday.php (a comma is missing, it could never have worked this way).
If I create the table manually, it still does not work. No birthdays appear in the list. The field does appear in the user entry form and birthday is stored as metadata. But no data is saved to the extra table. When I enter a birthday manually in the extra table, it appears in the list, so the table is named and structured correctly.
There are also some issues with datepicker display (it is transparent) and widget display. I’ll report these later separately.
