Widget displaying old permalinks?

Hi all,

I’ve managed to the get the Widget Linkwithin working, but for some reason it’s displaying old permalinks & duplicating the posts it displays?

I set my Permalink display to – /%postname%.html, but if you look at one of my pages e.g. – https://muscle-munch.com/pecs-that-pop-5-training-experts-weigh-in-on-the-best-methods-for-building-a-massive-chest.html

It will display 2 duplicated articles at the bottom under Linkwithin. One with an image and the correct link & one with no image but under a /?p=16 link e.t.c.

I’ve tried using wp Super cache and clearing my cache but it’s still not working?

Any ideas??
