Can you send me a link to where your widget is located or search in your ‘view source’ for the error ‘AWESOME WEATHER ERROR:’ and tell me what it says?

    Thanks.

Error says <!– AWESOME WEATHER ERROR: No weather information available –>
    I’ve got it here https://brokencity.ca/patio/

    the shortcode I’m using is:
    [awesome-weather location=”Calgary” units=”C” size=”wide” override_title=”Broken City Patio” forecast_days=3 hide_stats=true]

    Thanks!

Yep. I’m afraid I am seeing the same problem. I’m using the widget and every once in a while it just isn’t there. Then, usually after a couple of browser refreshes it’s back. I would suggest if the problem is that the weather info isn’t being picked up that it might be a good idea if the last good temp was left on the screen and possibly a short message like “Delayed” be displayed.

I’ll look into this a little more, but for now you might try your Location as “Calgary, CA”. Sometimes I find it likes a little more information (this is also why I provided the override_title feature!).

I’ll look through my code and see if I have something wacky, if not, I’ll check in with the people who provide the weather data.

Also @jennilee it looks like you are trying to hide the stats but they are still there. I had some recent reports that it wasn’t working. Try changing it to hide_stats=1 if you really want them gone.

    Thanks.
