widget content length options

Great plugin! If you get a chance, it would be nice to be able to set the content length option in the widget to “word” instead of “character” length – so itmes don’t get cutoff strangely.

Also, it would be great to have the option to change the text of the content length suffix. Right now it is the default ellipse – but the option to have [Read more…] or other custom text would be fantastic.
