    Thanks for reaching out.

    Themes often have widget specific styling with the expectation that widgets will only ever be inserted into the theme declared widget areas. This is most likely the challenge here.

    If possible we’d need to see the issue to identify the offending styles.

    Hi Misplon,

    Maybe the problem is caused by the theme, not sure. Anyway, I have solved it using a 100% row and the columns shortcode (plugin Shortcodes Ultimate). It’s not a standard solution but it works ok.

    It’s usually only a little bit of CSS we need to add. We just say to the theme, hey, if a widget is in a Page Builder cell then don’t apply the styles that you’d normally apply. If you’d like us to take a look in the future, just let us know.
