We are using the Simply Instagram sidebar widget on our Online Newspaper https://decaturjournal.com, and when you go to our homepage, the page automatically scrolls down so the widget is placed in the middle of the page. We sent a support request to SNO (School Newspapers Online, our host) and they told us that the problem lies within this plugin. Is there a setting that we need to change, or is this a problem with how the widget is coded? We are using the current update of Simply Instagram. Thanks in advance!

    Hi there,

When I visited your site, it work normally. May I know on what browser did you use for viewing your site and having the problem?

    Thanks

I am using a Mac running OS X 10.6.8 and I tested this with Firefox, Safari, and Google Chrome. They all did the same thing. I also tested it on Google Chrome on my iPad with the same results.
