Widget causes page to become blank

2 days ago the widget suddenly dissapeared from my front page. When I re-placed it, my front page just showed up blank. Have tested and retested and the same thing keeps happening. Dont’ know why because it’s been working find for months.

Any suggestions or assistance please.
