    Howdy!

Issues like this are usually caused by caching of some sort.

How did you add the widget? Can you let us know the name of the widget you used, and also send a screenshot of the widget’s settings?

You can also try the following:

    * Make sure you’re updated to the latest version of WooCommerce (v. 3.6.4) and that your WooCommerce Database version matches (you can find that info under WooCommerce > Status)
    * Go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and click the Regenerate button in the “Product lookup tables” row: https://cld.wthms.co/PUVKeb – then let that finish to see if it helps.
    * If not, check if you have any caching plugins and completely flush the cache. Also check with Godaddy to make sure they can flush any server-side caching.

Please let us know how that goes!

    Thanks for checking that!

Did you also check with GoDaddy about server-side caching? If not, please do that.

    Howdy!

    Thanks for doing that!

Sorry, no temp logins allowed in this forum.

Can you let us know the exact name and version number of the plugin that you’re using for this?

Also, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
