    Hey there!

    I’m sorry you’re having trouble!

    It looks like our javascript is not on the page. It could be you have the Compatibility Option that disables our javascript include checked (perhaps you had another library that was including the same script and turned this off to prevent issues.)

    Anyways, check under our compatibility options and be sure you don’t have our scripts disabled, then refresh the site. I think that should fix it!
