    Hello,

can the pro version of the widget be set so that it is always open for desktop and closed by default for mobile devices?

if not can we simply implement this via css?

    best regards
    Daniel

    Hello virtual03,

You can’t hide the widget, but you can hide the Channels. If you hide all channels for mobile devices, the widget won’t appear on mobile, and you can do this with the free version.

    To hide a Channel:
With the “Channel Show” feature in Widget Options, you can choose to hide or show channels on mobile and desktop as needed.

Refer to this screenshot for more details on how to hide channels on mobile and desktop: https://i.imgur.com/CQbmHTd.png

    Hi,

ok thanks for the info and screenshot.

i think we have misunderstood each other. i want to show the widget and the channels above. it should only be displayed differently.

    exactly as in the screenshots:

    Desktop: https://ibb.co/pKkQ7kw

how do we get it right?

    best regards
