• Hi, and thanks for any help.

In twenty-twelve I’ve added some css mods to the child theme to change the look of the widget area (changed colour and size on widget titles etc). I haven’t changed the font.

The odd thing is that on one page of the site only, the ‘recent posts’ page, the widget area font is different.

Any idea where I should be looking to find the cause?

Unfortunately, the site is offline so i can’t post a URL.

    Thanks

  • It is hard to guess the reason, but you can check by yourself with developer tool of browser, which css rules are applied to the area.

    Sorry for the delay.

I can’t see the font change in Inspector at all. I’m probably not looking in the right place.

    Thanks for your help

    Hi!
It seems you have <code> tags around goodreadsGiveawayWidget(?).
That changes the font-family to monospace inside the tags.
Pls check your widget area or theme template for the page.

    Brilliant! Thanks.

I deleted the posts containing that widget, and problem solved.

    Cheers

Not sure how to mark this solved.
