Widget Area – added border and now at bottom of page

Hi – I am using Twenty Eleven with a child theme – and I added a border to my widget area in the sidebar and now its at the bottom of the page. I would like it back up at the top! This is the code I used:

	font-size: 12px;
	border: 1px solid #6A7559;
	vertical-align: top;
	padding-right: 5px;
	padding-left: 5px;
}
