Widget and Contact Form

    Hi there, I’m taking over the maintenance of a website from another developer. Have been trying to remove the Contact Form 7 subscription form from the footer to replace it with widgets but with no success. Have already deactivated CF7, and set widgets to display under Appearance. Will appreciate any advice. Thanks!

  • Hi, @jelimon! I have a look at your site and I have a suggestion to resolve this problem.
    Maybe the developer put this shortcode [contact-form-7 id=”16954″ title=”Subscribe”] on your page by Page builder Fusion, to fix it, follow these steps:
    Access to your Dashboard -> go to Page -> click on Home (Front page) -> find it in the last section and remove it. Hope the developer put it in there.

    Thanks Long Nguyen! it worked perfectly and the subscription is not there anymore. However, I still couldn’t get my widgets to display. Under theme options, I have already checked the box to display footer widgets and saved the changes.
