Widget Ads not display despite follow common settings

The code for block 1 is properly inserted and the banner is normally visible.

Who doesn’t see this banner?

How strange!

When I tried to test on chrome, with different (not logged in) account or in incognito mode. I can’t see the banner.

I’ll test more of other settings.

I already used debugging functions to diagnose the problem.
But the problem is that: I can only use debugging functions / debugging bar when I am logged in. But the ads is not shown when I am logged out, when I am not logged in, how could I use debugging functions?

I guess if you go into the page with your remote debugging tool, you may see the ads, but if you go to that page as a normal user from the internet, you may not see the ads and this is currently my problem.

Then this indicates that you are using some caching which serves old pages.
You need to clear all the caches (website and browser).
