Widget admin getting error not accessing

Whenever I try to access widgets, I receive a 404 error. I’ve tried changing themes & the same thing occurs. I looked up errors on the hostgator cpanel & it said: [Fri May 10 14:05:05 2013] [error] [client 12.181.149.178] SoftException in Application.cpp:313: File “/home/mdwst/public_html/wp-admin/widgets.php” is writeable by group, referer: https://www.md-williams.com/wp-admi. Can anyone help me with this issue?
