You simply should assign the special class name: column3 to the three fields, or insert a container field in the form (DIV or Fieldset), select the option 3 Columns for the number of columns in the container, and insert the other fields inside.

Ok, I’m trying to add CSS class ‘column3’ in the field named “Add Css Layout Keywords” for all three field, but all these 3 fields are clear after saving and nothing changes on front-end .

You don’t need to touch the CSS rules.

1. Insert a “DIV” field in the form.

2. Select the option: 3 Columns, in the “Columns” attribute of the field.

3. And finally, drag the other three fields into the “DIV”

and that’s all.
