why your language word can’t not be find in loco translation plugin to translate

Loco translate somehow not adding all the strings when adding New language. You can copy the existing language to create new language translations. See screenshots:

By creating the User Registration form I have added the checkbox for Terms and Conditions but the translation is partial. The phrase “Click here to view” is not translated into Spanish.

I have the translation from loco translator to 100%. I have reviewed it and I can’t find that reference.
Could you please tell me where and how to correct it?
