• I just want to know why are you guys taking so long to resolve the issues? We brought 3 plugins from you the past 4 years. This is the second plugin we are still using and having issues.

    We brought 3 plugins from you the past 4 years.

    This forum is for a free plugin, and while this is free and we can’t offer detailed support, we do try to reply to free support questions within a week.

    This is the second plugin we are still using and having issues.

    I’m afraid I’m not seeing any questions from you in the forum or in our help desk. Can you please elaborate what you’re referring to and what issues you’re experiencing?

    We BROUGHT 3 plugins, not using free plugins.
