Why Yoast SEO generates sitemap XML with urlencoded cyrillic link text ?

Yoast SEO generates sitemap XML with urlencoded cyrillic urls and link text. My client have no objections against urls, but he wants to see urldecoded link text in the file. So i need to open generated xml files and urldecode link text for each link. Or may be i can change the way that yoast seo generate links ? I suspect that Yoast seo generate XML files dynamically. But this is important to fing solution for me, so maybe someone helps. Thank you.
