Why won’t this feed function properly?

The shortcode has been working beautifully! It functions perfectly with other rss feeds I’ve used. But this feed (https://www.bing.com/news/search?q=rem+chronic+town&format=rss) produces the “No items, feed is empty” error message.

Is there any reason why that particular feed should not function properly?
