Why Won't Pro Version Work!?

We were using plugin, free version, and it was working. We’ve just purchased the Pro version, and nothing has changed. Pro is listed under plugins on cpanel as activated, but there is no clear way of actually using that version. Suggestions!? Help appreciated. Mega frustrating.
