Are you using static page as front page? if so find the checkbox “Show Default i-transform Slider” just bellow the page editor

use following lines of CSS code in “theme options” > “layout options” > “additional style”. replace the color code with desired color

.da-dots > span {
    background-color: #FFFFFF;
}
