Why won't my blog show up on the menu

Menu bar Did you mean navigation menu?
For displaying a menu,

1. Appearance > Menus, Create a menu in the ‘Menu structure’.
2. Scroll to the bottom.
3. Check the check box of the ‘Global Navigation’ in the ‘Theme locations’ in the Menu Settings.
4. Then click save.
