Why won’t cells update?

I’m trying to search/replace a string – basically the URL. Then, having that change made to all tables of the current database. I’ve unchecked Dry Run, etc.

However, a message returns: 3 tables were processed. 26 cells need to be updated.

If I click on View Details, it shows me a diff comparison, but nothing to update those cells.

So, why doesn’t this plugin automatically update those cells or allow me to update them?

Tried using v 3.2.0 and 3.2.1 with WP 5.2.2
