Why when I click on post, the setting in sidebar’s menu change?

  • By wordpress theme default, if I have menu category in sidebar,
    when I click on post’s title I see the post e not more the sidebar
    (I have the single.php file).
    If I insert insert in the single.php file, the sidebar, then I see
    sidebar and post.
    but the menu in the sidebar lose all the settings.
    Example if I use an highlight menu, when I click on category I have
    highlight the category, but how I clickl in the article lose that.

    Others problem: if I use a plugin (example Fold category List)
    that have the tree submenu, If I am in a submenu and click
    in the article I lose the tree and the menu return at the initial
    position (first I go in the submenu).

    Any ideas?
