If you consciously and intentionally blocks all Ru (or even Eastern Eurasia) clients – please, say it, because for now I’am not sure to buy or not to buy your plugin??? Will UltimateMember support further Ru translation or not?

PS BTW I dont see possibility at your website (that for now I can access only via VPN) how I can buy only 2 extensions (WooCommerce+UserReviews)?

Unfortunately, for the unknown reasons, the ultimatemember.com website ip is blocked in Russia.

We fully support our paid users from Russia and provide manual updates for our extensions if needed. If you have questions regarding our extensions and since you can’t access our support section on our website you can submit them on our Ultimate member facebook page.

Its happen because your hoster (website hosting provider) also run another website with illegal content as porno or extremism (article 15.3) etc at the same IP. Also article 15.4 demonstrates that your hoster reject asking of illegal site removing. So now it will be harder to remove also UltimateMemeber IP’s block. If your hoster already remove website with illegal content – you can send a request to remove IP-ban at Ru.
