Why this plugin gives suffix to the website URL? How do we remove this suffix?

Does suffix to the website URL comes complimenatary with this Woocommerce plugin? We have a website https://www.yogavidyaniketan.org (under construction) after installing this plugin the URL became https://yogavidyaniketan.org/?v=d1dba60229e8 and this “?v=d1dba60229e8” suffix is appeared for every page/post URL in address bar. If we deactivate the plugin problem is solved, there is no suffix to the URL. Please suggest how do we fix this.
