Why there is NO support for pro users??

  • i bought two extenions for this plugin. on your official page there is an endless loop for custumer support.

    Hi @volmering,

    What is happening when you try and submit a support ticket? Other people are submitting tickets from website without issue.

    You need to login to our website, go to this page and do the following:

    1. enter text into search bar to see if any doc for issue.
    2. List of docs will show
    3. If non relevant, scroll down below the list of docs and you should see a submit a support ticket button.
    4. Click this and fill in the form.
