Why the plugins screen are this mess?

I have all up-to-date and just install the “Fast Secure Contact Form” to test. I just install by normal way.

Only I have this problem? No one have the same? What can I do to solve it? What make it broke in this way?
I use the Google Chome and Safari and both have the same problem.
