Why the plugin does not support Arabic characters?

    Issue is resolved..

    My custom theme did not have the following in the header:

    <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="<?php bloginfo('html_type'); ?>; charset=<?php bloginfo('charset'); ?>" />
