    Hello @alexlim91,

    Facebook will ask for permission again if you access token expired. It could happen when:
    – your permissions to your FB page has changed
    – your password in FB has changed
    – …

    It is totally an FB competence.

    Let me note 2 things:
    – if you have a paid package, you will no have to update manually. System do it for you automatically

    Now the problem is the free version already cannot connect to facebook if purchase the paid package then it can connect?

    Hello @alexlim91 ,

    You should be connect in free version as well. (otherwise what would be the point if it could not be used? ?? )

    Can you send me the content of the Troubleshooting tab or your login email in Trustindex admin?
