why the gmail profile image doesnt display

I’m using mailpoet plugin to help me push user’s subscribed emails, I’m using Google’s domain email address which is used by the organization, and I’ve also asked my relevant colleagues to upload the profile image, but when pushing emails to other users, it doesn’t show the avatar, what’s going on at this point? Is there a way to set the avatar?
