Hi there. The form uses a nonce value to authenticate a submission came from the site. A caching plugin would probably make a static version of the page meaning the nonce value would be invalid and therfore fail.
I could look at adding a setting to disable this verification step in the event of a cache. For now can the Plugin be set to not cache specific pages?

Thanks David.. well I can set this page not to cache for this.. but this will not do in the long run as my pages will be slower than and again, the use of a caching plugin on a website will be pointless.

Please try to fix this as this, I am sure, will happen with a lot of users who are currently using this wonderful plugin.

I will look forward to an update from you very shortly fixing this.

    Thanks once again.

    Hi David,

Did you have any success fixing the issue between using a cache plugin and the forms not submitting?

I need to start using W3 Total Cache again (I uninstalled it because of the problems) and have excluded the form page from being cached but the form still won’t submit.

    Thanks!
    Shona
