Why the contents of the table is always in the middle

Add below css code into your current active child theme’s style.css file or you can add it additional css option into theme customizer.

table.tableizer-table td, table.tableizer-table th { 
  text-align: left;
}

Please use below given CSS to align content at left in table .

For this go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and paste below given CSS.

.tableizer-table td, th {
    text-align: left;
}
