    Hi support

I am so sad about the newest updates in woocommerce.

First of all you have now removed the option for us to see all orders in the system, which makes it difficult and confusing for my staff.

And on top you removed the increase/decrease option for orders in backend, and have failed to make another way to easily do this, as you could with an order.

This makes woocommerce kind of worthless as an eshop for me, as I cannot spend days manually increasing stock. The plugin option one of the supporters suggested, is not helping at all, as you have to filter, which makes it just as difficult as the way to do it now.

I really really hope you are working on this, I have spend a lot of money on campatible plugins to woocommerce. I am thinking about using another eshop-module because of this, and I have been using woocommerce for 5 years.

Really really not a clever thing to remove important features, if not able to present a solution just as good or better.

I am sorry if I come across as mad, but honestly I have spend so much money and work on my shop, and now it is useless or at best very costly for us, because you need so much extra time to do things you could do with one click before.

    Regards

  • Howdy ??

First of all you have now removed the option for us to see all orders

No, we haven’t. Please see https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/22271

And on top you removed the increase/decrease option for orders in backend, and have failed to make another way to easily do this, as you could with an order.

It’s not 100% clear to me, but I believe you are talking about the increase/decrease stock buttons on orders. If my belief is correct, see: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/21754

To get to the question in the subject line: “Why the bad decisions?” I will again point you to the WooCommerce repository: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce

WooCommerce development is a collaborative effort and you are more than welcome to join in there and comment on changes or even contribute.

    Howdy back

Thank you for the quick reply ??

    And then well

First of all you have now removed the option for us to see all orders

No, we haven’t. Please see https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/22271

um yes it is changed/removed/whatever you call it, this solution is just a quick fix until problem is resolved, so something was wrong ?? Nevermind, the quick fix worked, but would be nice not to have to do such fixes.

    About this:

Yes the problem was what you guessed, I am not a native english person, so sometimes translation is hard. Unfortunately I cannot se that the problem is solved with this one?

I know that it is a collaborative effort, but somebody must be making these decisions. I am not near skilled enough to contribute, but guess that what has been, can be brought back.

This is a bug caused because WordPress 5.0.2 changes, we haven’t tried to remove or anything else…
But already fixed in WooCommerce 3.5.3, just need to update.
