Why taking so long & not creating backup?

    Hi,
    1- I’m using free version, settings are manual n saving on google drive. It’s a never ending thing when trying taking backup, it took more than 1 hour but didn’t create the backup, it just keep going. Plz tell me how long it takes to create backup? my site have only 15 products. why it happened? Is this an error? how to fix it?
    2- there is one old backup existed already on plugin. Plz tell me is it safe to remove the plugin and try install it again? hope my site will remain as it is, removing of this plugin should not effect he site, right?

    Hi,

    1. Please can you send me a full copy of the backup log? Please copy the content into an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    2. Yes, it is safe to re-install the plugin. The backups are stored separately with the plugin file.

    Please reply fast,unable to create backup on any plateform its long waiting sign n not proceeding further…what to do?

    Hi,

    Apologies for the delay over the weekend.

    Please could you send us a copy of the latest full backup log?
    This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
    Please copy the content into an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.
