    Hi there,

    Some user report to me not receiving email activation link when register account.

    How to make sure that email receive by user? Or ?

    Do some users receive it and others don’t? Or nobody receives it? May I have the address of your registration form so that I can take a live look?

    One thing to try is to check out your mail server log and see if those mails are being sent, are they bouncing back, etc?

    Also, of course, please make sure that the users who say that they’re not receiving are checking their spam filter.

    Yes, some user receive it but others not. Actually i try to test register my self with about 3-4 emails and it works nothing problem. i dont know why some users not receive. Can i send you a private message for reg link?

    Yes, i always say to the user to check their spam/junks folder and they said never received email activation. So i decided to manually confirm the email via dashboard admin.

    Checking the log for sent emails – perhaps it would be best to ask the host.

    Here is one idea: to see if the emails are bouncing back, first check what address is filled in by default (perhaps [email protected]) and if you are using cPanel, look under Email – Track Delivery to see if something is arriving at that address.

    i dont find any detail about email log, check at admin gsuites just say about email open etc..

    And about the G Suites email log, what do you mean you can’t find any detail there about the email log? That’s all that the page is about. There is nothing about opening email there. I can quote the first paragraph, I don’t know what else to say about this.

    Track email messages sent and received by users in your domain over the past 30 days using Email Log Search. You can track all emails, or search for a specific email address or message ID.

    The information is there. It’s up to you if you use it or not.
