• I have been an Elementor PRO user since more than a year now. I became so impressed by this product that I renewed it just few months back which I don’t usually do with other premium plugins. This is one of those few plugins which includes Gravity forms also, which I have renewed for my uses after a year and hopefully stick to it for a long too.

I was browsing through the internet yesterday while watching an English Premier League game on TV. Then I came across many bad reviews about Elementor in Trustpilot. While I don’t know the real authenticity of those reviews, still it hurt me a lot about a product which is so innovative and ambitious in it’s genre.

I really don’t understand when people complain about subscription/ renewal or recurring payments for a product that adds so much value to the WordPress eco-system. They just want an one-time payment and that’s it. Oh, Come on!! it’s not your graphic design software or Photoshop which you purchase one time and use it for life-time (Even a company like Adobe charges a subscription fee now).

When you are asking for an one-time payment for a product, you must question yourself, how they will going to develop their product and make it improve more and more. From where they will get their funding. They are not robots, right!!!
As normal human beings, you should understand this scenario. Ironically, I would say, if any product is a subscription based product, then it’s more legitimate and stable (or intend to be stable in the future). I can’t trust a product, that’s offering an one time fee for it’s uses, because I am not sure, if they are going to survive in the long run or not.

For this reason, I give credit to Elementor for resisting it’s users demand and not offering the PRO for an one-time fee. That’s why I admire their business model.

And, trust me, what they are charging for their product’s renewal for their high-end plan seems to be very very cheap indeed when compared to what they offer to the eco-system. I absolutely don’t understand when people complain about they are charging too much for a 1000 sites plan. Oh, man!! that’s just a $0.15 per site per year. If that is expensive by your standards, then I believe you should not be in this business.

Yes! I too have concerns relating to Elementor. Because, I am just like you too, a normal user of Elementor. But my point is, you cannot just sue a product just because you don’t afford it. Please, have some respect for what it’s offers to you.

Yes, it has some performance concerns and instability. But, give them some time, that’s all you can do as their users. They are still evolving and a very young product.

I also want it to be extremely stable (For using it in production websites and even in Enterprise level websites) and the speed or performance should also improve in a great manner.
I hope Elementor can meet the above two things in the very near future. I wish you guys a brilliant future ahead. Your genuine customers love us, don’t ever bother about that ??
Just keep up the superb work, cheers!!

*Disclaimer: I generally don’t leave reviews in here or in other communities too and my reviews are my own opinion (Not endorsed by Elementor in any way). I felt a need to leave this review because as an Elementor user and as a PRO customer, it’s my responsibility that a product shouldn’t be abused without any valid reason.
