Why so hard?

Why is it so hard for Facebook to make something easy?
They always have bad documentation on the products they make and makes everything overly complicated…How hard can it be to make something at least fairly easy and well documented? They got to have the talent in house to do that…
It almost feels like they do it on purpose.
Also, wordpress is a pretty big platform… Facebook should really put some muscle in to the development of this plugin… I mean, how hard can it be?
