Why Russia is in “Europe” shipping zone

    Hi There,
    My site store is running on woocommerce 4.9.2 version, I have set up shipping zones for:
    UK, Europe, USA, Israel and Australia, other than these regions I have setup fixed shipping rate in “Locations not covered by your other zones”.
    I have received an order from Russia but site has calculated shipping rate as per Europe zone shipping charges, I am not understanding why it is happened, Why woocommerce is considering Russia in Europe? Can anybody give me solution and reason for this?

    Could you please share a screenshot of your shipping zone setup? I’d like to see a screenshot that shows all the zones on your site.
