why role based price is not working?

I need your argent help. I created in my site User role editor named: ?????? ???? ?? ???? and related to it several roles based pricing. I’ve selected in those roles several categories in which I based percentage decrees for the user role that i created. But it doesn’t seem to work. the costumers I related to the user role don’t get the discount I set on the role. can you check it please and let me know how to fix it? it’s very argent
